All stock is shipped via our courier, XL Express, in cartons unless order size dictates otherwise. If too large to send via carton delivery, larger orders may be shipped on a pallet. We are unable to ship orders via alternative couriers by request.
Orders will generally ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment for the order. All stock is shipped ex our Brisbane warehouse. Standard delivery Australia-wide is generally estimated at between 2-7 business days.

All goods are quoted at prices excluding GST and excluding freight costs. The purchaser is responsible for all freight costs less any freight subsidies provided by Mont Marte International. Freight costs are calculated based on a cubic kg rate per shipping area (a cubic metre = 250 cubic kg).
A freight subsidy to a maximum of 6% of the total order value will be applied to orders over $300 ex GST. This subsidy is deducted from the total freight cost. The purchaser is responsible for paying the balance where applicable. The freight subsidy is calculated on available stock only. Freight subsidies on any discounted items will be calculated based on the discounted price. Where our 6% freight subsidy covers all shipping costs, the freight will be charged at $0.
There is no freight subsidy for orders under $300 ex GST, and they will incur all freight charges. Additionally, a $30 Processing Fee applies to orders under $300 ex GST.
When placing your order, items ordered that are out of stock will be placed on pre-order for you. These items will show an approximate ETA date but will not be shipped out separately. When logging in to place your next order, a list of any available pre-orders will appear with an option to either add them to your order or cancel them.
The purchaser is responsible for any freight costs associated with placing each order and the freight subsidy of 6% will always be calculated on the new order’s total cost ex GST, based on available stock.
Available pre-ordered items can be cancelled at any time by logging in and deleting them.
We ensure that you are only charged for the available stock and any freight charges for the actual order we ship to you. For each shipment you will receive a freight charge relating to that shipment. Your credit card will not be charged for any pre-ordered items.
If your order is unable to be delivered and requires a second delivery attempt, you will be responsible for any additional freight charges.
To avoid additional costs, please let our team know in advance if you would like to give the courier permission to leave the delivery at your chosen address if no one is there to sign for it.
Change of mind or mistakenly ordered items can be returned to Mont Marte International in their original packaging and unpriced for retail in full inners only. Returns must be made within 7 days of invoice date and can be made via Australia Post (where products allow) or courier. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items cannot be exchanged for another item. Please place a new order for any additional/exchange items that you require. All standard order terms and conditions apply to any new order.
Credit claims for damaged stock must be made within 7 days of invoice date. To claim a credit for damaged stock, the purchaser must email the following to QC@montmarte.com.au:
Do not destroy or dispose of any items unless advised by Mont Marte International. Mont Marte Quality Control will respond to your email and advise of further action/resolution.
All orders are scanned prior to dispatch. The scanning system will not allow an order to be invoiced if there is an item missing from the order. A scan audit is recorded for every item on the order.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they do not sign for orders that do not have the correct number of cartons as specified on the delivery consignment note. Please check all stock thoroughly before reporting missing stock, as some stock may be packed in mixed cartons. Any queries relating to missing stock must be addressed to QC@montmarte.com.au.
Refunds are processed as an Accounts Credit or as a refund back onto your credit card. Accounts Credits and refunds will be issued once all required items and/or information has been received and the return has been processed.
Please allow 4 weeks from the time of returning/reporting an item for a credit or refund to be processed. Please also advise Mont Marte International when returning items or claiming a credit whether an Accounts Credit or refund is preferred. Accounts Credits will be credited towards subsequent orders.
